Changing Lives … One Tail at a Time …

Jason is an adorable 12-14 week old Blue Heeler/Bluetick Coonhound mix. This sweet boy had a difficult start in life; he was living on the streets of rural SC with his 5 siblings. Now safely enjoying life in a foster home, this happy puppy is adventurous and loving.

He is playful and cuddly and keeps his foster family laughing with his antics. Jason loves to eat, and is currently around 20 pounds We expect him to grow into his paws to be around 65-75 pounds.

He loves to romp around the house with toys or run around the yard with his canine brother. After a good romp, he is happy to nap in his crate or sleep on the lap of his foster mom or dad.

Jason is smart, curious and very treat motivated. After only two days with his foster family, he started to become housebroken and has picked up “sit”. He shows no signs of timidness…he even went to investigate the vacuum cleaner while it was being used. He is currently living in NYC and shows no aversion to the noise or bustle of city life.

He loves to play with his older (and much larger) foster canine brother. He has good instincts and knows when to back off when the older dog is feeling cranky and doesn’t want to play.

Jason is a total love bug and provides his foster family with cuteness overload. With continued training, this nugget will be a superstar!
